We know you'll be excited to receive your goodies. All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours via Australia Post (excluding weekends).

Orders are shipped via Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order via the Australia Post App.

No. You will need to secure your own airfares once your trip has been confirmed.

No. You must have secured travel insurance and provided the policy number and contact of the insurance company before you depart.

This is yet to be decided. They may vary slightly but the idea is to travel at a time that maximise the chances of lovely weather and any festivals that might be able to be incorporated into the itinerary.

Yes. All alcohol consumed during organised meals with the group will be covered. You only need to pay for alcohol at 'happy hour' or if you visit bars outside the organised itinerary. The itinerary clearly states when alcohol will need to be purchased.

You will need to pay your deposit, read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and return your booking form in order to secure a spot on a tour.

Approximately 90 days before departure you will receive an invoice for the final payment of your trip.

This is a very good idea. This will give you time to settle into your accommodation and you can then thoroughly enjoy the first day of the tour. Notify Mel and she can book an additional night for you.

Yes. Thailand has introduced a Digital Arrival Card (TDAC): Complete this online within 72 hours (3 days) before your flight to Thailand via the Thailand Immigration Bureau website.
